We as a family are saddened beyond belief to announce that our beloved Anthony (Anthony M. Jacobsen) unexpectedly passed away on June 10, 2020 from pneumonia. 27 years ago, Anthony was born in Orange County CA, on February 22, 1993. Anthony will forever be in the hearts if his mom Stephanie, his father Henry (Melanie), beloved brothers Gabriel and Armando, as well as his aunts, uncles and numerous cousins and friends, especially Sierra. The love among the three brothers well never be broken; a strong bond that lasts beyond time. Anthony loved sports, especially baseball. He was a star pitcher on his Little League teams (even though he didn't want to practice), a natural for sure. Back in the day, our street was filled with boys and their baseball games. Although he faced some challenges in high school, Anthony continued his daily classes, completed online courses after school and attended adult education classes in the evening. His determination was evident. He graduated from Santiago High School in 2011. Anthony was such a charmer. So friendly to everyone, his smile always lit up his family pictures, now so treasured. Anthony's most recent gift to his loved ones are his beautiful sketches, done with any paper available and a pencil. He had discovered his true interest and talent. All of us who knew and loved Anthony are devastated by his passing. Find Anthony in the life around you, whether it is a smile, a crack of a bat, or a beautiful pencil sketch. Enjoy the simple everyday things; grab them, hold onto and cherish them in his memory.
