Antonio Alvarado Villa was born in Pnjamo, Guanajuato April 13th, 1949. He was the youngest of 7 born to Maria Villa and J. Luz Alvarado. In 1968 he studied abroad at UNAM University in Mexico City. He then worked as a banker for 2 years before marrying his girlfriend of 10 years Maria Bravo on November 18, 1971. In 1972 they were expecting their first child and he decided to seek a better future for his family. They immigrated to the United States and called Corona home for 27 years. He had a job lined up as soon as he arrived in the states, years later he worked for Fleetwood Motor Homes for 36 years until he retired in 2010 at age 61. In 1999, he purchased his home in Riverside and lived there for the next 22 years. Daddy was a beautiful man both inside and out. He was loving, funny, highly intelligent, humble, and kind. Daddy was happy, he wore his heart on his sleeve and always said I love you, he many times cried when showing love. He loved hard and lived what he called a “good life”. Daddy was a giver, he repeatedly gave the little money he had, opened up his home, bought strangers food, would treat the neighborhood kids to ice cream or burgers and fries, and literally gave the shirt off his back to those who “needed it more than him," those were his exact words. Daddy played soccer through his youth and in college and for most of his life after. He instilled that same passion in all his kids and grandkids. He knew everything, players, teams, stats and facts old and new relating to soccer. Daddy loved to dance, he was a great dancer. Other hobbies included: playing pool, poker, and going for walks; you would often times find him sitting under a tree reading La Opinion and drinking a Budweiser. His greatest love was his family. He loved our mom and showed it. He was a family man; he was the proudest husband, daddy and grandpa. Several years ago daddys health started to be compromised. He had heart surgery and was prone to pneumonia; his lungs gave him lots of trouble. Daddy loved his life and didnt want to leave us, he fought hard to stay but his body grew tired and ultimately Daddy gained his angel wings on Wednesday June 8, 2022 at 6:58 pm, 10 days after being in the hospital. Pulmonary Fibrosis was the cause of death. He was 73 years young. That day will forever be the saddest day of our lives. Daddy was our king and he meant the world to us all. Its impossible not to miss him every single day but the depth of our pain will always be equal to the depth of our love for him. He left enough love to last us a lifetime. He will live forever in the hearts and memories of each one of us. Though we will forever feel cheated out of more time with him, we have a lifetime of memories to cherish and remember him by. Daddy passed surrounded by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, his sisters and a few other close relatives. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Maria Alvarado and 5 children: Tony, Sandee, Deanna, Jackie and Mayra. 19 grandkids: Anthony, Jessica, Joseph, Raymond, Alexxis, Kaitlyn, Arianna, Julian, Daniel, MiaBella, Sophia, Adrian, Cruz, Rommel, Mateo, Daniel, Dayton, Allyssa, and Carlos Jr. 3 sisters and 1 brother, 4 son in laws, 1 daughter in law, 2 brother in laws, 2 sister in laws, compadres, many godchildren, countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. We are heartbroken that we no longer get to see Daddy in his physical form but we are so grateful for the many years we had him to love. We will forever consider having him in our lives the greatest blessing of our lives. Through our sorrow, our faith tells us that someday we will all be reunited with him and that is the only comfort we have right now. We strongly believe loved ones only die when they are forgotten, and we will never forget him. Daddy will stay alive in each and every one of us. For now he is resting and living his new form in heaven, reunited with his parents and all our loved ones that went before us. Daddy is free and living again. 04/13/1949 - 06/08/2022 Visitation Sierra Memorial Chapel Mortuary 951-687-0551 | Thursday 6/30, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Cemetery Crestlawn Memorial Park 11500 Arlington Ave. Riverside, California 92505 (951) 689-1441 | Friday 7/1, 12:00 pm Mass Queen Of Angels Catholic Church 951-689-3674 | Friday 7/1, 10:30 am - 11:30 am
