Arthur Edward Plinski, 89, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014 in Corona California. Born October 2, 1924, son of Michael and Hazel Plinski, in Pingree North Dakota. Arthur attended Medina High School in Medina North Dakota. He proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy during WWII, from 1943-1946. He was married to JoAn Catherine in 1951. They moved to Fullerton, California and raised their four children. Mr. Plinski was a Fireman for Fullerton Fire Department. He later worked in Fire Service in the Aerospace industry. He lived in Sun City for 25 years. Arthur is survived by two sons, John A. Plinski, Placentia, California, Daniel P. Plinski, Corona, California, two daughters, Catherine J. Pecaro, Rio Vista California, and Mary S. Todd, Littleton, Colorado. Arthur is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great granddaughters, and his sister, Florence Maurer, Jamestown, North Dakota.
