Celebrating the life of Azalia Eliana Gutierrez
(October 14, 2004 - July 29, 2026)
With hearts full of love and gratitude, we gather to celebrate the vibrant life of Azalia Eliana Gutierrez, our beloved Zay. Born in beautiful Corona, California, on October 14, 2004, Azalia brought joy and laughter to everyone she met. At just 21 years old, her journey was tragically cut short in an accident, but her spirit will forever shine brightly in our hearts. Azalia is survived by her devoted mother, Leanna Murillo; her cherished grandmothers, Gloria Shelin and Maria Hernandez; and her grandfather Jose Venegas, as well as a loving and supportive family, including seven aunts, six uncles, and twenty-one cousins, all united in their love and admiration for her joyful spirit. With her love for dance, infectious laughter, and a flair for fashion, her vibrant personality and playful heart made life a celebration. Upcoming Services: We invite all who knew and loved Azalia to join us in honoring her memory through a series of meaningful ceremonies. - A public viewing will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Thomas Miller Mortuary & Crematory. This will be an opportunity to reflect on her beautiful life and share our favorite memories. - Following the viewing, a funeral service will commence at 4:00 PM on the same day. Together, we will celebrate Azalia's life, embracing the joy she brought to all of us. - A Mass will be celebrated in her honor at Corpus Christi Parish, scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 2:30 PM. This sacred gathering will provide us an opportunity to come together in prayer and remembrance. - Finally, a graveside service will take place at Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM. We will lay dear Azalia to rest as we cherish her memory and hold her spirit close to our hearts. As we come together to celebrate Azalia's life, we will remember the warmth of her smile, her love for fashion, and the joy she brought to every occasion. Though her time with us was brief, her impact will last a lifetime. Azalia, our beloved Zay, you will always be in our hearts-forever 21, forever celebrated. Azalia was preceded in death by her father, Luis Gutierrez.
