Barbara Karen Omar Born January 31, 1936, Buffalo, New York of German and Polish ancestry. Daughter of Carl J. Roesch and Esther F. Brzycki Roesch, both deceased. Loving wife of 56 years, nurturing mother of 55 years, caring sister, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, dedicated art, ceramic, and woodshop teacher for 35 years, and compassionate friend to all. Succumbed to cancer at the age of 79, on November 29, 2015, in her loving home in Palm Desert, CA with her husband and family by her side. She leaves us for Heaven, with too many memories to re-count, for her surviving husband Ossie, daughters Pamela, Dawn, and Kimberly; only son Jeffrey; brother Carl; sisters Sharon and Debbie; numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a very close extended family base and literally hundreds of friends she made while traveling and living all over the world. The Omar Family invites all of their family and friends to join them in the following Life Celebrations: Memorial Mass on Friday, December 11, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. Sacred Heart Church 43775 Deep Canyon Rd.
