Betty Davidson /Davidson died peacefully in her sleep on December 28, 2016, from medical complications at age 84. She is the youngest daughter of David Davidson from Scotland and MaryTomelty Davidson from Ireland. She is survived by husband Stan, her three sons and their wives, David and Amy of Nipomo, California, Douglas and Donna of Sparks, Nevada, Glen and Shawn of Riverside, California, her three grandchildren, Melissa, Brittany, and Brian, her great-granddaughter Taytum, her 94-year-old sister May , many nieces and nephews and her little dog Cha-Cha. Betty was very close to her entire family. Betty was born on May 2, 1932, in Niagara Falls, New York. Betty attended La Salle High School in Niagara Falls, New York. During her senior year she met Stan Davidson, and they were married on August 2nd on his 72-hour Navy pass. They went to New York City for a short honeymoon and then Stan went to sea for eight months. In 1962 the family moved to California. Betty went to work as an administrative assistant for planning directors at the City of Santa Ana, City of Fountain Valley, City of Irvine, and the City of Mission Viejo where she retired in 1992 Betty had a nice voice and loved to sing and during her high school years sang in a trio at different functions. Betty loved traveling and boating with our Sea Ray Boat Club of Orange County, California. Over the years many of these club members remained friends. Bettys celebration of life will be at the Pacific Crest Lodge 25403 Trilogy Parkway Corona 92883. The event to start at 11:30 on February 11th 2017. Enter at Lodge Street.
