Bobby Wayne Christian

 Age 83, of Corona, California, passed away on January 6, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. 

     Bobby "Wayne" Christian was born in Exeter, Virginia to the late Lloyd and Retha Christian on February 21, 1941. Wayne attended Appalachia High School and drove a school bus when he was 16 years old. He came to California in 1959. He met his wife Shirley in Corona and they married at the First Southern Baptist Church in 1960. He had various jobs before he became a truck driver. He drove a truck for Certified Grocers until his retirement. Wayne loved his family and enjoyed going on family camping trips to national parks. He loved old trucks and was a member of the ATHS. He attended Inland Vineyard Church in Corona. He loved helping others and he served in a compassion ministry for many years. 

    Wayne is survived by his wife, Shirley; his son, Bob and wife, Connie; his daughter, Kathy Moody and husband, Glenn; his 4 grandchildren, Charles, Sabrina, Shane and Alyssa; and great granddaughter, Abby. He is also survived by his brother, Harold and his sister, Janet Eisenbarth.

 He will be dearly missed by all.
