Brian J (BJ) Singleton, age 32 unexpectedly passed away on August 3, 2016 at his parents home in Corona, California due to complications of Type 1 Diabetes. He was born November 29, 1983 in Ogden, Utah to his loving parents Raun and Janet (Nalder) Singleton. Brian, BJ as his family called him was a bright and vibrant part of the family, always playing and joking around and he was often the center of practical jokes and stories. Brian enjoyed spending time with his family especially at his Grandma and Grandpa Singletons cabin in Placerville and helping on the farm with his Grandpa Nalder and Jeannie. He was a gifted athlete playing soccer, baseball and excelling as a catcher in his youth, and ran cross county in high school. At the age of nine Brian was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes which became a major trial in his life. In his youth he was active in church and Boy Scouts of America. He attended Esperanza High School and graduated El Camino Real High School in Anaheim, California. BJ had a deep love for animals always having a special connection to the familys pets and a love of fish. He put this talent to work, working for a veterinarian and cared for, maintained and built fish tanks. He married Jessica Anne Leschinger and had three children and they later separated. Brian had a passion for music and attended numerous concerts making many lifelong friends. Recently, Brian enjoyed working with his hands doing construction. He is Preceded in death by his Sister Dann Singleton and his grandparents Bruce J and Gayle Nalder. He is survived by his parents Raun and Janet (Nalder) Singleton, his three children A.J., Scarlet Dann and Violet Jillian, his siblings Marc Val Singleton (Erin Singleton), Jillian Singleton Blackwell (Michael James Blackwell) Graig Dale Singleton (Kathleen Lutz) his grandparents Dale and Valeen Singleton and Jeannie Nalder and his beloved basset hound Bosco.
