In Loving Memory of Caridad Thomas

Caridad, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, peacefully passed away on May 6,2025 at the age of 79. She was a shining light in the lives of all who knew her, known for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love.

Born on November 24,1945 in the Philippines, she dedicated her life to her family. She was a nurse and a cherished member of St. Lucy Church in Long Beach. Her warmth and generosity touched everyone she met.

Caridad was a loving mother to Carla Thomas (Deceased), Carmen Butler and Jaime Thomas , and a proud grandmother to 10 Grandchildren and 16 Great grand children. She instilled values of love, faith, and perseverance in her family, and her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched.

In her free time, she enjoyed playing cards, the casino and playing bingo , and she was known for her radiant smile, caring nature, sense of humor. Her memory will forever be cherished and her spirit celebrated.

She is survived by husband Cammie Thomas daughter Carmen Butler and son Jaime Thomas 10 grandchildren Jonathon, James, Jeremy, JazzLynn , Breeana, Ashley, Chaney, Ja’Marea Nicole and Jamie and 14 Great Grandchildren, son in law Unice Butler and Daughter in law Regina Thomas and preceded in death by Carla Thomas daughter

Her love, kindness, and spirit will remain in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, dear Caridad
