Cecil Williams

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Cecil Warren Williams, a cherished brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Cecil was part of a large and loving family, one of fifteen siblings, and his presence touched many lives.

Cecil is survived by his devoted daughter, LaChelle of Oklahoma, and two beloved grandsons, Royce Lee Duff of Oklahoma and Phillip Lee Duff of Bakersfield, California. His legacy also lives on through eight great-grandchildren, all residing in Oklahoma. He leaves behind siblings Harold Williams of San Diego, California; Leona Robbins of Elk Grove, California; and Jhonny Williams of Arizona, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

His sister Leona fondly remembers the cherished summers of their childhood spent together—running freely, playing joyfully, and sharing quiet moments hiding under the house. The bond they shared remains a treasured memory, one she will hold close forever.

As we honor Cecil’s life, we hold dear the love and connections he fostered within his family. May he rest in peace, forever remembered and deeply missed.
