David Edwin Dipaolo

David Edwin DiPaolo was born on September 1st, 1943, in Newport News, VA and passed away in Corona, CA on April 10th, 2022 from a heart attack. He was preceded in death by his Father, Pete and Mother, Catherine. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Kristine DiPaolo; his 4 children, Mark DiPaolo (Melissa), Doug DiPaolo (Kathy), Amy Brenneman (Scott), and Kara McDonnell (Paul); 9 Grandchildren; and sisters, Donna and Jeanine. David grew up in the village of Coal City, Illinois. In high school, he played basketball and baseball, and was a lifeguard at the Coal City Area Club. After high school, he attended and graduated from Illinois State University where he majored in Business. After graduating from college, David moved to Corona, California where he worked as a Teacher and Administrator for 38 years in the Corona-Norco Unified School District. He also worked many years as a High School Athletic Director and was inducted into the Citrus Belt Area Athletic Directors Association Hall of Fame, Corona High School Athletic Hall of Fame, and Norco High Athletic Hall of Fame. In retirement, he enjoyed traveling the world with his wife Kristine, playing golf, and spending time with his family and the multitude of friends he had met along the way. A viewing will be held at Thomas Miller Mortuary in Corona on Friday, Aril 22, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held in the Sanctuary at Crossroads Christian Church on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 10:00 AM.
