David Juan Espinoza

David Juan Espinoza was born on June 15 1928 in the small town of El Modena to Josefa Diaz and Espiridion Espinoza who were both from Mexico. David spent a majority of his school age years in Mexico where he trained horses and took care of livestock until the age of 19 when he moved back to California where he built a career as a truck driver. On April 30 1957 David married Eva Garcia Vega in Santa Ana California. They had been married for 60 years. David and Eva met at a wedding that was being held at the American Legion. David loved to play his guitar and sing to his children and grandchildren. He always loved being included with his grandchildren and great-grandchildrens activities and birthdays. David has three children Betty, Sammy and Davie, 7 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Davids favorite past times was gardening and spending time outside with his dog Tommy and his wife Eva reading his bible or playing his guitar. David is remembered by his sense of humor, strong-will to live a normal life even though he had challenges with his legs. He loved every one of his grandchildren/great-grandchildren in his own special way. Davids pride and joy was his family. The legacy David left behind is to love God, cherish your family and let nothing hold you back from living life to its fullest.
