Diana Louise Klaub (Nona to most) was a dedicated follower of Christ and is now wrapped in the arms of her Heavenly Father. She was born on November 28, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to Nello and Danilla Tafini. She eventually moved with her mom and sister, Darlene Baker, to Anaheim, California when she was a teenager. Diana graduated from Anaheim High School. While in high school she met the love of her life, Daniel Klaub a Marine, at a Halloween party. They were married on January 5, 1962 and married for 51 years. They lived in multiple places but resided for most of their marriage in Corona, CA. They were blessed with one daughter, Danielle. Diana graduated with her royal crown to Heaven on October 16, 2020 in Orange with her daughter and son-in-law by her side. She was 76 years old. Diana was actively involved in her church as a volunteer Sunday school Teacher, VBS leader, worked the front office, served the homeless, and probably multiple other jobs. She was also Danielle's girl scout leader. She was always supporting her grandchildren at sporting and school events. Her personal favorite was grandparent's day where she got to be Nona to Corey, Taylor, Jake and Nick. For many years, she was a credit manager at the Broadway. She worked for the city of Corona as a Personnel Clerk and then for City of Corona Police Department. To end her professional career, she worked as a consultant for Creative Memories Scrapbooking, which was more than a job, but a passion. She was a phenomenal cook and loved to share in the magic of Disneyland with her grandchildren. Her all time favorite trip was her 50th wedding anniversary celebration on "her island" Maui, with her children and grandchildren. Diana is survived by her daughter Danielle, son-in-law Darren, grandchildren Corey married to Nicole, Taylor married to Hunter, two great-grandsons, niece Shannon married to Jerry, and two great-nieces. There will be a memorial service in her honor on November 2 at Faith Lutheran Church in Riverside at 3:00pm and she will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery alongside her husband. Diana was a faithful servant, who graciously opened her home and heart to all who came her way. She loved her family well, and she always shined the love of Jesus by sharing her unquestioning faith. All who came to know Diana, gained their very own Nona!
