Edward H. Hamlin Lll

Edward “ED” H. HAMLIN III 1959-2021 Edward "Ed" H. Hamlin III, 61, of Corona California, went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. Born in Missoula, Montana on October 14, he was the son of the late Edward H. Hamlin Jr., and Lydia (Hamlin) Ranieri. Ed retired from the U.S. Air Force after 18 years of service, where he was a Veteran of Desert Storm. Ed has been stationed and deployed around the world. Ed served in various church ministries over his more than four decades journey with the Lord. He had a passion to reach the homeless and for eight years served food (along with other volunteers) and regularly shared a message about God's love and desire for relationship with people. He was a loyal member of Inland Vineyard in Corona, California, and subsequently Harvest Christian Fellowship, in Riverside California. Throughout Ed's life, he had a far reaching impact on his family, friends, and coworkers through his love of Jesus Christ and his desire to extend that love and mercy to all he came in contact with. Ed held many titles but his most cherished was son of God and friend of Jesus. He was also known as: Eddie (by his mother) and Sweetie (by his wife). His eleven grandchildren had several endearments for him: Opa, Poppi, and Grandpa. Survivors include his loving wife, Virginia J. Hamlin (Ginny); his mother, Lydia (Joe); his brothers: Kurt Hamlin (Trina), Danny; sisters: Elizabeth (Grant), Vicki (Kelly) his children: Dana Michelle Doyle (Christian), Jamie Allen Hamlin (Crystal), John Michael Hamlin, Wes (Christine), Melissa (Nathan); former spouse, Margie Anne; his grandchildren: Madison, Alekzander, Jayden, Emeline, Kalob, Jordan, Adrian, Isla, Liam, Jackson, Ozzy, as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends whom he loved deeply.
