Gary Walter Bohnisch Jr. peacefully passed away on December 18th in Corona, California. Gary was 63 years old.
He was born and raised in Lindsay, California. Gary was the oldest child of Gary and Jeanette Bohnisch. Gary is survived by his loving wife, Kim. Gary and Kim were married for almost 40 years. They established their home in Corona.
Gary was a hard worker who put his heart into every job he held throughout his life. And above everything else, Gary prioritized providing for his family. Gary and Kim had three children. Kelly, Katelyn, and Michael.
After Graduating from Lindsay High School, Gary continued his studies at University of LaVerne – where he played college football. Shortly after College, Gary married Kim and started his long career in Construction Management. Some of his projects included the Los Angeles Metro Subway, as well as the construction of water filtration and wastewater treatment plants throughout California. His last company was MKN Associates – a company that specializes in water treatment and wastewater reuse.
Surprising to many, Gary was a pet lover. Throughout his life, he surrounded himself with many cats and dogs.
Survivors include his wife Kim of Corona, California; daughter Kelly (James) of Vancouver, Washington; daughter Katelyn (Tyler) of Riverside, California; and son Michael (Serena) currently stationed in Germany, US Army. His only grandson, Emerson, lives in Vancouver, Washington. Gary is also survived by his two sisters: Julie (Ron) of Connecticut, and Susan (Brad – predeceased) of California.
May his soul find rest and may those he left behind find peace in their hearts.
We love you, Gary. Rest in Peace.
