Gene Pardo, went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Dec. 23, 2020 at the age of 64. He was surrounded by his loving family. Gene was born Dec. 25, 1955 in Cebu City (Phils.) to Enrique Pardo, Sr. and Luisa Rogero Hudson. Gene moved to the US at an early age and has made Southern California his home for the past 50 years. He worked in the Automobile and Real Estate industry most of his life. He also worked at Plastic Industry for 10 years. Gene was one of the kindest, most generous, considerate and all around loving man. He was a devoted, father, husband and grandfather. He had a great sense of humor, with a twinkle in his eyes, a positive attitude, and enjoyed making people smile. He was a jack-of-all-trades and was always ready to lend a helping hand. Gene, or Uncle Didi as his nieces and nephews fondly called him, was loved greatly and we shall all miss him dearly. He will remain forever in our hearts. Gene is survived by Mariel, his wife of 39 years; sons, Andrew Philip of Las Vegas and Brian Paul (& wife Erika) of California. He also leaves his brother, Rocky Pardo, 3 grandchildren, Nicholas Agustin, Olivia Ryann and Alexander Tomas; and loving in-laws, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family, and a host of long-time friends.
