George Wade Saliba Date June 15, 1934 to February 9, 2023 Born in Ain Arab Lebanon Migrated at the age of 19 to Saskatchewan, Canada where he worked until he was severely injured and burned on the job and was transferred to Montreal for the burn specialist. After being released from the burn center, he was taken in by friends where he lived in Montreal. Shortly after, he met the love of his life (Patricia Haggart) in 1962. From there, they were married in 1963 and rescinded his application for citizenship to the USA. Once he received citizenship in 1964, they moved to Phoenix Arizona where they started a family and found employment with Motorola where he worked for 35 years. During his time at Motorola, George was transferred to California in 1980. California is where George now rests eternally minutes from friends and family. George is survived by Wife Patrcia Saliba, Sons Ted Saliba, Wade Saliba, Daughter in Law Amal Saliba, 4 grandchildren Tyler and Brittney Saliba and Anthony and Jaden Saliba, one great grandchild Dahlia, and one surviving brother Sajih (Sam ). George lived an amazing life and made sure to take care of the people he was surrounded by. He was the most honest, trusting, generous, and loving man one could encounter; not to mention a smile that melted people. Dad, you will be missed more than you know. We will forever remember the memories. Until we meet again.
