Gerald E Hillier 84 years old of Riverside, California passed away on June 23, 2021. He was born in Portland, Oregon. Gerald is survived by his wife Judy, Grandchildren Kurt Norman, Trent and Cayci Norman, Laura Norman, Kyle Hillier, Daniel Hillier and Daughter in law Bonnie Hillier. Great granddaughters Hayden Sexton and Callie Norman. He was predeceased by son Scott Hillier and daughter Joanne Hillier. Gerald did his Undergraduate study in Agriculture and Range Management at the University of California, Davis. His Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Range Management, Washington State University. He worked with the US Bureau of Land Management in various positions. Gerald was the Owner and sole proprietor at Les Affaires et Services Francais, and Public Land Users Services. Gerald was also the Executive Coordinator, QuadState County Government Coalition. Gerald enjoyed being a Freelance food, wine and travel writer for the Press Enterprise. His hobbies included golf, wine, food and traveling. His favorite place to go was France. He was a member of Canyon Crest Country Club for 45 years. There were no services at his request.
