Glenn De Wayne Wilson February 9, 1957 - April 17, 2015 Glenn Wilson, of Riverside, California passed away Friday, April 17th surrounded by loved ones. Glenn, the 3rd of 3 children was born on February 9th, 1957 in Los Angeles California to Paul and Ruth Wilson. Glenn lived all of his life in Southern California. He graduated Los Angeles High - Class of 1974. Then attend Occidental College in Eagle Rock California where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. He met his wife, Nancy (Connally) Wilson when he was only ten years old. They married on July 11th, 1981 in Los Angeles and moved to Corona in 1996. They were blessed with two beautiful children; Christina Bryan. He retired from the insurance industry in August 2014. His main passion was spending time with his family. Glenn loved sports, music and writing. He was the author of several blogs. Morning Cup of Coffee (MCOC) was a favorite for many every Sunday morning. He announced the basketball games at Santiago High School for 16 years. He loved to go to Dodger and Clipper games with his son Bryan and listen to his daughter Christinas vocal performances. Glenn would spend most of his summer weekends at jazz concerts throughout the south land but his favorite venues were in Temecula or Laguna Beach. Another favorite pastime was going for walks or to the movies with his wife. Glenn is survived by his wife, Nancy, two children, Christina Bryan, his son-in-law Jesse Hellen-Lloyd, sister Cheryl Key and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was loved by all who knew him and he has left his mark on all of our hearts. He will be truly missed. A Celebration of Life memorial will be held on Sunday, April 26th at Sierra Memorial Chapel Mortuary 4933 La Sierra Ave, Riverside, CA. 92505 at 2:30 pm.
