Guadalupe Mijangos De Fuentes

Age 88, passed away on May 15, 2018 from natural causes at her home in Corona, CA. She was a 3-time cancer survivor. She was born on October 13, 1929 in Oaxaca, Mexico and had lived in Corona, CA for 38 years, Anaheim, CA for 1 year, and Los Angeles for 3 years. She worked at Sunkist Growers, Corona, CA for 5 years, and a seamstress for major clothing manufacturers in Los Angeles and Mexico City for 40 years. She was an avid member of St. Edwards Catholic Church. Guadalupe was preceded in death by her parents Alfonso Mijangos Alcantara and Aurelia Reyes Gonzales; sister Josefina Mijangos; and brother Alfonso Mijangos. She is survived by her daughters Maria Esther Mijangos of Mexico City, Maria de La Luz Mendoza of South Gate, CA and Isabel Ayala of Downey, CA; sons Francisco Mijangos of Compton, CA and Mario E. Mijangos of Mira Loma, CA; 2 siblings, 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
