Hesiquio “Chico” Ayala

September 3, 1954 — February 25, 2018

Hesiquio "Chico" Ayala returned to his heavenly home surrounded by his friends and family, on February 25th, 2018. Chico was born September 3, 1954 in Corona, California to Elvira and Esiquio Ayala. He was the fifth born son of eleven children. In 1972, he graduated from Corona Senior High and promptly joined the United States Marine Corps, serving two years as a field artillery fire controlman until 1974. Following his honorable discharge in 1975 Chico and Maria Medina, his hometown sweetheart, married. The following year the couple welcomed their first child, Manuel. Hesiquio began a career in construction which spanned over the course of three decades. Chico and Maria gave birth to their second child Marlisa in 1988. Upon retiring from tradework he earned the title grandfather with the birth of his granddaughter Sienna in 2009. Chico touched the lives of countless people over the course of sixty three years. He is survived by his wife, children and grandchild Maria, Manuel, Marlisa and Sienna. As well as his brothers and sisters, Joe, Fernando, Vera, Frank, John, Lupe, Freddy, Terry, Arthur.
