Irene Irma Minnick

Irene Irma Minnick, 68, of Corona, California, passed away on March 26, 2014. She was born February 1, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio; daughter of William Brokschmidt and Maria Catherine Cryder. Irene served and retired as Master Sergeant from the United States Army after 22 years of service. Irenes most recent occupation was as a Medical Billing Specialist, which she did for 20 years. She was an active member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. Irene loved her family first and foremost. She loved to travel and was a talented artist in various disciplines. Irene loved animals and always had dogs and cats in her life. Irene was preceded in death by Father, William Brokschmidt, Mother, Maria Catherine Cryder, Brothers, Bill Brokschmidt and Gene Brokschmidt and Step-Mother Rosie Brokschmidt. Surviving are her loving Husband, Robert Minnick; Son, Laurance Griffith; Daughter in law, Cindy Griffith; Son, Paul Griffith; Daughter in law, Darlene Griffith; Stepson, Robert R. Minnick; Granddaughter, Ashliegh E. Griffith; Grandson, Robert L. Griffith; Grandson, Jon Paul Griffith; Sister, Darlene A. Beane; Brother in Law, Bob Beane; Sister, Vickie A. Razor; Brother in Law, Jerry Razor; Brother, Mike Brokschmidt; Sister in Law, Kay Brokschmidt; Brother, Tim Tamplin; Sister in Law, Carol Tamplin; Brother, Pat Brokschmidt; Sister in Law, Viv Brokschmidt; Brother, Bobby Brokschmidt; Sister in Law, Deb Brokschmidt; Brother, Tom Tamplin; Sister in Law, Susan Tamplin; Brother, Jim Tamplin; Sister in Law, Vanessa Tamplin; and many Nieces and Nephews. Services will be held at Thomas Miller Mortuary, Monday, April 7, 2014 at 10:00 AM with Dr. Lowell Linden officiating. Interment will be private in the Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your favorite charity in Irenes name and would be appreciated by the family.
