Jeffery Donald Duffin was born in Steubenville, Ohio on February 14, 1948, to Jim and Agnes Duffin and passed away on December 15, 2022, surrounded by love. Jeff is survived by his wife Beverly, brother Jim Duffin (Lee), sister Judy Duffin-Ramirez, daughter Kim Popp (Allen), his loved extended family: sons Darryl Martin (Nancy), Chris Martin (Jamie), daughter Amanda Armendariz (Adam), grandchildren Kiaira, Tyler, Lyndee, Brenna, Isabella, Madelyn, Dylan, Owen, Sophia, and great-grandson Ezra.
