Jennifer Marie Martinez, 1973 - 2016 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family after bravely fighting breast cancer for over 6 years. She is survived by her loving husband Rod and beautiful children Lauren and John, sister Pam Ford (Ron), brothers Chris Delgado (Julie) and Brian Delgado (Lisa) and her many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Jens radiant smile and contagious laugh will truly be missed.
