Jerry Jerome Degeorge

Seaman, First Class Jerry Jerome DeGeorge, 91, died on March 5, 2018. A Veteran of World War II,he was awarded the World War II Victory medal. Jerry was born on November 25, 1926 in Corona, California to Pasquale and Rosa DeGeorge. In 1945, he joined the United States Navy in Riverside, California. He served on the USS Buoyant and the USS Delta. He was honorably discharged. Jerry worked as a secondary serviceman for the electric company for 28 years. He married his wife Marjorie and together they had two children. He is survived by his Daughter Kathleen DeGeorge Merritt and her husband Ron of Weathford, Texas, his son Ronald DeGeorge and his fianc Roxanne Peralta of Corona, California. His Grandchildren; Crystal Wilder, Cheree Merritt, Aaron DeGeorge and Katie DeGeorge, his Great-Grandchildren; Lowry Harris, Elyssa Hughes, Mykayla Wilder, Madie McPeteres, and Van Wilder and also his beloved grand-fur baby Freckles.
