Jill Ann David

The sudden and unexpected death of Jill Ann David leaves the world saddened and confused that this incredible woman has gone on to heaven to be with her Lord before her time. Born in 1960 at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach California to Caroline Mingus Major and Henry Major, the second of four girls. Spending some young years in upstate New York. Moving back to California to live in Yorba Linda through her later school years. Recognized to be exceptional at a young age, she had a big influence within her family and friends. Jill grew up to be a uniquely beautiful, tall and intelligent women. Driven by an early connection with the Lord Jesus, she strove to overcome a difficult family life. Jill saved up and moved out to Huntington Beach as soon as she could. A few years out of high school Jill married fellow Troy High student Ralf Petrillo. Together with him she bore two sons, Jacob and Jered, now doing well and in their 40’s. Jill took great pride in her child rearing and the day care kids she helped raise throughout her years of running a business out of the home in Corona.

Possessing head-turning beauty and an innate sense of style she was always a standout in any crowd. Throughout her second marriage Jill had focused on creating a comfortable home and retreat for her husband Michael, the family and her grandchildren. The loss of Jill Ann David leaves her husband, sons, sisters and grandchildren with a huge hole and great sorrow as to how this untimely death could not have been avoided.
