Joe is a man of honor. He was a family man who loved his family dearly. Joe loved people. He was friendly, funny, but most of all he was reliable, dependable, and a good friend. If you were blessed to be his friend, you were his friend forever. Joe is survived by his wife of 54 years, Romie and 5 children, Fernandez, Libby, Mary Ann, Lolly, and Eddie. He leaves behind his 8 grandchildren, Priscilla, Marissa, Erika, Alexis, Leo Jr., Robert, Alyssa, and Joseph, as well as his 5 great grandchildren, Adrian, Dominic, Isaac, Nathan, and Willow.
