John Arthur Delap

John Arthur DeLap Feb 3, 1959 - July 4, 2021 John left us on a mountain, a beautiful place called Ice House Canyon Trail near Mt Baldy, California on July 4, 2021. He rested for a while and then he was gone. He was doing what he loved, hiking. He was preparing for a five-day trip through the Sierras with friends. John loved life and most of all his wife of 29 years, Janette Lynn Delap. He leaves behind his two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels, Katie and Bailey, and a Welsh Pony named Cutie Pie which he loved watching his wife ride dressage. John was genuine and loved as well as lived life to its fullest. He was eager to help and assist anyone and everyone. He had stories to share and a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all who were lucky to have crossed his path. He will be missed by his family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, and most of all his wife.
