John was a lifelong resident of Corona. He joined the army in 1943 and was a World War II veteran. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior 56 years ago. He became the pastor at Latin America Pentecostal Church in Corona shortly after. John is survived by his wife Connie of 74 years and Children; John (Leticia) Araujo, Rosemary Quezada, David (Phoebe) Araujo, Carolyn (George) Gallo, Steve (Jenny) Araujo, and Linda (Louis) Castillo. 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
