Joy Anne Bradley Gage was born December 4, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to Lorraine Albert Bradley and Lurline Fenwick. She moved to Glendale California 1943 attended Balboa elementary school troll junior high school Hoover high school and Glendale College.

She met her husband, William Hillard Gage III, while working at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena California they were married at Hollywood Presbyterian Church on November 21, 1953

Joy was an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution ( 30 yrs) and the La Habra Brea Bridge club. She enjoyed genealogy traveling fishing, shopping, her family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and helping ladies join the DAR and playing bridge with her many friends.

She and her husband Bill lived in Brea for 30+ years before they moved to Valencia Terrace in Corona in 2023. She loved living there and made many new friends and continued to play cards

She has proceeded in death by her husband, William H Gage and her brother Loran Bradley.

She leaves behind her daughter, Janet Schumann of corona Donald Gage of Orange and Chris Gage of San Jose .. She had four grandchildren, Meghan, Scott, Jillian, and Kimberly and four great grandchildren, Lincoln, Alice Lena and Lucy, and she loved them all so dearly.

Joy pass peacefully July 8, 2026 and will be laid to rest with her husband at Riverside national Cemetery.
