Julio Cesar Figueroa, "Cesar," age 45 passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 20, 2023. Cesar was born on August 1, 1977, in Mexico City, Mexico. His heritage comes from the birthplace of his parents located in Michoacan, Mexico. He was the eldest of four, born to Martha Macedo and Ciro Figueroa. At the tender age of five Cesar moved from Mexico to Southern California, which became his permanent residence. He attended La Quinta High School and earned many certifications in Auto Body & Paint. Cesar worked as an auto body technician, beginning at the age of fourteen. As the artist he was, Cesar's passion was transforming the body of a vehicle to restore it to the beauty it once was. Most recently, he was self-employed and worked side-by-side with his son, Fabian. He had many hobbies that included but were not limited to, listening to music, karaoke, painting rocks, dancing, and spending time with his children. Forever in their hearts and the memories they will cherish, Cesar is survived by his children Joseph "Gordo", Fabian "Shadow", Clarissa "Negra", Julissa "Chuckie", Isrrael “Izzy,” Geisel "Hazel", and Jorge "Tiln" Figueroa. Parents Martha Macedo Figueroa and Ciro Figueroa. Siblings Eric, Nancy, Emanuel "Manny," and fiance Yvette Mena.
