Kali Daryll Jones

Kali Daryll Jones August 10, 1978 - June 19, 2022 Kali Daryll Jones known to most as "KJ" was born in Pennsylvania. His family moved to California when he was a child. He attended Don Antonio Lugo High School where he met his best friend, and future wife Portia. Their story began in 10th grade and there was no doubt he loved her incredibly. Kali and Portia married at the age of 23 and was a month shy of celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary this month on July 13th. He was a proud father to their only child Tyson, whom he loved with all his heart. He was a devoted son to his mother, Yvonne, and a protective big brother to Larry. He loved all his family and friends with all his heart. Kali loved sports and his favorite teams were the Chicago Bears, The Mets, and the 76ers. He liked to watch paranormal shows and kept up with men's fashion and current events in the world. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends who were dear to him. Kali always looked sharp and learned to cut his own hair by practicing on his son. Eventually, he became quite the pro, after some trial and error on Tyson's head. Kali was always looking good and he loved to shop. His favorite color was red. On Sunday, June 19th, Kali left this world. His sudden passing left a hole in all of our hearts. Kali leaves us with his love and memories that we will cherish forever. Just know that he will never be far away from us. Please join us in celebrating his life and continue loving him forever.
