Long time resident of Corona, Kathleen “Kap” Szabo passed away on August 6, 2014 at age 65. Kap was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 6, 1948; daughter of Frank and Alladine Capodanno. Kap lived in Norwalk for 25 year; after her retirement from Norris Industries, she then moved to Corona and opened Sisters Flowers and Gifts. Kap loved flowers. She is survived by 4 sisters; Jean Brodersen, Maureen Hall, Patricia Drake, Leona Ronstadt and 2 brothers; Frank Capodanno, and Michael Capodanno; she is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 14th, 2014 at Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Please join the family in celebrating Kaps life.
