Kay Frances Perry

Kay Frances Perry passed away on August 20, 2018, leaving a legacy of love, joy, and faith for family and friends who were blessed to know her. Kay was born April 13, 1941, in Corona, California to Woodrow and Frances Bond. After her father died, she was raised by Frances and her stepdad, George Vashlishan. Kay loved people-talking with them, helping them, and especially cooking for them. (She was an amazing cook!) She had a beautiful smile and an easy, delightful laugh. She loved spending time with her family, especially her son Joe Perry, daughter Robyn McConnell, and later, her four beautiful granddaughters. Most of all, she loved God and knew He always sustained her through bad times and good. In 2007, Kay married Bill Montgomery. The years they spent together were her happiest thanks to his devotion, kindness, and companionship. Our family is so grateful for Bill and the way he cherished our mom. A viewing will be held Monday, August 27, 2018, from 10:30 am-12:30 pm at Sierra Memorial Chapel,4933 La Sierra Ave., Riverside. A graveside service will be held at Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery at 1:00 pm. Kay will be buried near her family that preceded her. We miss you so much, Mom, but because of your teachings, we know we will see you again!
