Margaret Leona Yarbrough, 71, died March 25th, 2018 at her home in Corona, CA. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, April 10th, 2018 at Olive Branch Community Church in Corona, CA at 9:30 am. Graveside services will follow at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA at 11:30 am. Mrs. Yarbrough was born on February 28th, 1947 in Santa Monica, California to Edward and Mary Lueken. Mrs. Yarbrough was raised in Vista, CA where she met her future husband, Kenneth Ray Yarbrough. They were married on May 3, 1966 and later moved to Orange County. Mrs. Yarbrough had a long and rewarding career in the fire service where she wore many hats. She served as a Fire Inspector, Accelerant Detection K9 handler (K9-Sam), Arson and Bomb Investigator, Bomb Technician, Fire Investigation and Bomb/Post Blast Instructor, undeniably a fireworks expert and the list goes on. Mrs. Yarbrough also served as the International Director of the International Association of Bomb Technicians (IABTI). Mrs. Yarbrough also taught Suicide Bomber classes all over the world. However, Mrs. Yarbrough was most proud of her family. She remained married to Kenneth until his passing on March 11th, 2018. She is survived by her two children, Michael and Michelle, and her two grandchildren, Bethany and Isaac.
