Maria “Effie” Demarquet was born in Los Angeles, California on February 13, 1958. She grew up in Los Angeles and lived in the area until 2001 when she moved to Riverside. Effie was a beautiful, caring, kind, and independent women, who was loved by her family, mother, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, three children, six grandchildren.
