It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Patricia "Pat" Rae Garrett (Liscomb), who died in her home in Norco, California on May 8, 2020, surrounded by her family. Pat was the wife of Robert and the mother of three daughters; she also had nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Pat was born on April 12, 1935 in Houston, Texas to Louis Raymond Liscomb and Harriett Irene Liscomb (Allen). She grew up in Lynwood, California until she went on to college in Fort Collins at Colorado A&M (now Colorado State University). In 1958 she married Robert DeWitt Garrett, they lived in Wheatland, Wyoming and she worked as a Lab and X-ray Technician. Not long after the birth of their first daughter they moved to Norco, California where they had two more daughters and lived out the rest of their lives. Pat was a Life Science Teacher at Norco Intermediate (Jr High) for over 20 years until her retirement in 2005. She was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved the church and fulfilled her many callings with great dedication and pride. Pat found joy teaching, travelling, going to the Opera, and serving the Lord. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert, her daughter Lourena Langlois, and her granddaughter Heather Urianza. She is survived by her sister Jo Ann Schroeder, her daughters Lisa Urianza (m. Chris), and Leeanna Alloway (m. Stuart); her grandchildren, Brian Hall, Christopher Urianza, Matthew Urianza, Brandon Durey, Jacqueline Hall, Chelsey Urianza, Julie Danaher and Elsie Alloway; her great grandchildren Tayven Durey, Oliver Durey, Leo Urianza and Keanu Urianza.
