Raquel Guerrero

Raquel Miranda De Guerrero was born June 4, 1957, in Rancho del Cargadero, Zacatecas, Mexico to parents Maria Esperanza Bauelos Ramrez and the late Casimiro Miranda Fernndez. She peacefully passed on December 13, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was married to the late Pablo Guerrero Tovar in 1983, and they happily lived in St. Elmo, IL for twenty years before relocating to Riverside, California. Raquel is survived by her six children; Alejandra (Freddy) Mejia of Riverside, CA, Pablo (Mariana) Guerrero of Montgomery IL, Maribel (Jonathan) Perez of Riverside, CA, Rogelio (Elizabeth) Guerrero of Lincolnshire IL, Patricia Guerrero of St. Elmo, IL, and Elizabeth Guerrero, of New Baden, IL. As well as survived by her grandchildren Amelia and Luna Mejia, Liliana and Natalia Guerrero. She is also survived by her siblings; Placido (Alicia) Miranda, Miguel (Honory) Miranda, Irma (Francisco) Viramontes, Luis (Esther) Miranda, Casimiro (Guadalupe) Miranda, Roberto (Janine) Miranda, and Jose (Margarita) Miranda. Raquel was an accomplished and loving homemaker, raising six children and babysitting many more. She passed her appreciation and motherly touch to all her children teaching them that "parents love their children unconditionally." Raquel was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. As her health declined, she often repeated the quote "Yo Tambien Mija(o)" letting us know that she also loved us as much as we loved her. Viewing Ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 19th, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Thomas Miller/ Sierra Memorial Chapel. The church ceremony will take place on Friday, December 20th, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Thomas Miller/ Sierra Memorial Chapel followed by a burial at 12 p.m. at the Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
