Rex R. Scott of Hemet, California passed away on April 18, 2024 peacefully at his home.

Rex was born in Bristol, Nebraska to the late Irene Leah Carr and Robert Byron Scott.

Rex married Mary Lou Blaski after their 3rd date on March 25, 1963 in Roberts, South Dakota. With their union, they had two son’s: Richard and Tracy.

Rex was Honorably discharged from the United States Air force in 1963. He worked for 30 years in the Sheet Metal Industry. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus #5528 and Norwalk Elks Lodge #2142.

Rex was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou; son, Richard; his brother, Floyd; his sister, Roberta.

He leaves behind is son Tracy and his wife Robyn; His sister Estella and her husband Charles; His brother Claude and his wife Ann; His grandchildren Christopher and honored granddaughter Lilly; Elena, Cindy Hitt and Robin Graham. His great-grandchildren Bryson, Rex 2nd, and Azalea. His trusted friend and neighbor, Barbara Silvers.

Robyn and I would like to thank the Knights of Columbus, especially Bob McNallen, Mike Rathbone and John Pape for all their support, assistance and guidance. We would like to thank everyone that called, stopped by and sent messages.
