Rhonda L. Miller

January 14, 1968 — February 15, 2017

Rhonda L. Miller, 49 entered heaven on February 15th 2017 in Corona, California after an aggressive battle with breast cancer. Her battle with cancer was extended by her holistic approach, which touched many lives around her near and far. During the last weeks of her life, she was consistently surrounded by her family and close circle of friends who continually uplifted, supported, and fueled her with healthy food and fresh juices throughout her fighting journey. Rhonda was born January 14th, 1968 in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky to Bob and Edna Leurck. She attended Highlands High School and University of Kentucky, she then eventually transferred to Woodbury University in Burbank, California. After graduating, she had a brief, yet adventurous career in fashion merchandising at numerous clothing retailers throughout Southern California. She met the love of her life in 1988 the week she moved to California to start at Woodbury University. Chris and Rhonda got married in 1991 and then had two children; Reagan was born in 1993 and Colin was born in 1997. After having her two children she assisted her husband doing all book keeping for the family business at Thomas Miller Mortuary. Aside from family Rhonda, had the strongest faith in God, loved giving back to the community and helping others, and teaching anyone around her about healthy living. Rhonda was involved in many different outreach programs two consistent ones were: the Hunger Project Food Pantry at Crossroads Christian Church and spending her Christmas season giving back to Head Start Childrens Program at the Corona Public Library. She is survived by her husband Chris of 25 years, two children Reagan and Colin, her parents Bob Leurck and Edna Leurck, and sister Rochelle Hensley. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Thomas Miller Mortuary with a Celebration of Rhondas Life on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Crossroads Christian Church in Corona, CA.
