Robert Lacy Raven

Long time resident of Riverside, Ca., Robert Raven, age 96, died Monday, June 11, 2018. Robert Raven grew up in Stockton, CA. He met his wife, Arlene while attending college at the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA. He was an avid alumni supporter of the mens Pacific basketball team attending many of their games played in Southern California. Mr. Raven is survived by his son, Michael and daughter, Robin, four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Mr. Raven served as an officer for four years in the Merchant Marines. He spent his career in retail finishing as owner of Ravens Hallmark at the Galleria at Tyler. He enjoyed serving his community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International. He is preceded in death by his wife, son, and sister.
