Roderick W Johnston was born in Indio, Ca. He married his high school sweetheart and were married 50 years. He left us peacefully surrounded by his family. He will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery in a private service. He survived by his son Eric, daughter Laurie and partner Mary. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you donate to the Riverside Enrichment Educational Foundation in the name of "Robert H. Gurr and Nancy Gurr Johnston Educational Book Fund" Cemetery Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd Riverside, CA 92518 A private service will be held
