Ruth Laverne Lunde

Ruth LaVerne Hood Lunde died peacefully of natural causes on December 7, 2020 at the age of 95. Ruth was born on April 22, 1925 in Sedalia, Missouri. In 1948, she married Roland Lunde and was happily married for 60 years. Ruth was a resident of Corona, California for 59 years. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Roland. She is survived by daughters Christine (Doug) and Diana (Mike); grandchildren Vicki (Wes), Angela (John), Gregory (Dawn) and Jeffrey (Rebecca). Great-grandchildren include Trace (Meg), Rachel (Kurt), Troy, Trent, Josiah, Riley and Jackson, and great-great grandchildren Isaac Nehemiah and soon to be born, Noelle "Ruth." A celebration of Ruth's life will be on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Thomas Miller Chapel in Corona. All are welcome to attend. There will be social distancing and masks will be required. For those who can't attend, the service will be streamed live on Thomas Miller's website. There will also be a recording of the service available to watch later.
