Sam Morovich, 61, was born, raised, and died in Corona. He was a father, grandfather, electrician, motorcycle rider, egg rancher, fixer of all things mechanical, and friend to all those whose lives he entered. He was relentlessly devoted to the people he loved, be it taking care of his recently departed mother, Katie; spending weekends doting over his grandchildren at the South Coast Swap Meet; or drinking beers with lifelong friends at the Speedway. Proof of his love for life could be found in the infectious and ever-present grin on his face. Sam is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, April and Chris; son and daughter-in law, Sam and Danielle, parents of his can-do-no-wrong grandchildren, Kailynn and Nicholas; sisters Sandra Ruby and Antoinette Piscitelli; nephews and nieces James, Charlie, Alexandria, Shannon, Shane, and Krista; ex-wife yet best friend, Dianne Stigall; as well as the numerous friends who fulfilled his life.
