Sandra Dolores Ledesma

Michael Ledesma Sandra Dolores Ledesma (nee: Castillo) was born January 19, 1957 in Los Angeles California to parents Rebecca Alvarado and Leopoldo Castillo. On January 2, 2021 , Sandra lost her 2 year fight with cancer peacefully at home with her family. Sandra grew up in Corona with 9 brothers and sisters Christine, Joanne, Leonard, Debra, Tammy, Olivia, Andy, Stevie, and Gary. Sandra would go on to meet Richard Ledesma in the early 70s and married on July 5, 1975. They had 3 children together; Lorraine Rebecca (1976), Richard Jr (1979), and Michael Joseph (1986). Sandra spent several years working in retail before she found a career she loved as campus Supervisor for Orange Grove High School. Sandra was revered but loved by her students who referred to her as Mama Sandra. She enjoyed Bingo with her sisters and going to the movies with her grandchildren. She really loved her family. Sandra is survived by her husband of 45 years Richard SR and children Lorraine, Richard, and Michael. She is also survived by her remaining brothers and sisters. Most importantly are here pride and joys, her grandchildren from Lorraine. Andrew Carlos, Ariana Monique, and Abel Richard were her heart and joy.
