Stacy Dawn Mccafferty

Stacy grew up in Yorba Linda, California with her parents, Dawn and Steve, and her older brother, Bryan. Stacy started playing soccer at the age of five and continued all through high school. She loved spending time waterskiing at the family home in Parker, Arizona. People were amazed when they saw Stacy at age four skiing down the river on her double skis. Stacy also loved her many trips to Hawaii, spending hours in the water swimming and snorkeling. Some of her favorite times were fishing with her dad and family girls trips to Lake Arrowhead and Cabo San Lucas. Stacy graduated from San Diego State, getting a degree in education. She taught over 22 years in the Chino Valley School District; mainly teaching her favorite grade, first grade. She had just gotten her masters degree 3 years ago. Stacy leaves behind her parents, three daughters, Hayley, Kyley and Lindsey and her new granddaughter, Brandi. We will all miss her so very much, but know that she will be at peace with her maker.
