Susan Carol Beaver

Susan Beaver was born on January 22, 1947, to Raymond and Betty Rosario in Los Angeles, California. Susan graduated from Granada Hills High School in 1964. She went on to marry Robert Schoenkopf III, that same year. From this union they had 2 children, her daughter, Shelley and 4 years later her son Scott. They were stationed in Hawaii for most of the 1970's. The marriage ended in divorce and Susan raised her two children in Lake Forest, California as a single parent and went to night school while working for a builder for several years. In the 1980's Susan bought her first home and moved her family to the Corona area. Susan founded Encore Property Management in 1992, with 3 Homeowners Associations, a single rented space and just herself. Susan spent the next 30 years building her company to over 60 Associations and 26 employees and purchased a building in 2006. In the past 20 years Susan thrived on two things, Encore Property Management and traveling to her favorite destination, Casa De Mita, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The staff at the Casa has become family to Susan and her family that she often took to Casa De Mita annually. During Susan's time in the Property Management business, she formed many cherished friends and colleagues with whom she has known and worked along with for over 30 years. She was very well liked and respected in the industry, and many are very saddened by her passing. Susan is survived by her daughter, Shelley Seay (Schoenkopf) her son-in-law, Ed Seay; her sister, Christine O'Connor; niece, Lisa O'Connor. She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Scott Schoenkopf in 2021.
