Suzanne Terese Cope

Suzanne T. Cope (6/27/32 - 5/28/21) Suzanne (Suzie) Cope was born and raised in Iowa by her loving parents Charles and Hazel Bendlage. She attended school at St. Mary's in Marshalltown, IA. She met and married her husband Donald Cope in June, 1951. Don and Suzie had 4 children. She worked the majority of her career as a bookkeeper for various Attorneys offices and Archway Cookies. She worked her final job before retirement at the Corona-Norco Unified School District in the Audio Visual Department and Special Education. She retired from the District in 2002. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years who passed away in May, 2009 and son-in-law Joe Tinch who passed away in June, 2017. She leaves behind her 4 children; daughter Terri and son-in-law David Fields, son Tom and his wife Julie, daughter Toni and son Ted; 5 grandchildren Doug Fields and wife Vickie, Alex and wife Debby Cope, Nick Cope and wife Amy, Dominic and wife Debby Cope and Jasmine Cope; 11 great-grandchildren Jocelyn, Jordyn and David Fields, Taylor and Claire Cope, Greyson, Sloane and Finn Cope, Tristin Stanley and Owen and Amiya Cope; nieces and nephews and a few very special friends who were like family. She was well loved and will be missed!
