TREK HEADLUND
The name Trek means “a long journey.” For all of us who loved Trek the most, the journey was not nearly long enough.
It is with great sadness that our family shares Trek Headlund passed away on January 26, 2025 in La Quinta, California, at the age of 60.
Trek was born in Lynwood, CA on May 3, 1964 to Gary and the late Linda Headlund. Trek had a welcoming smile, infectious laugh, and quick wit. He loved to make people laugh and gave you his full attention; always remembering the little details that show he listened and cared.
Trek is survived by his two children Dylan and Kayla; his father Gary: siblings Kari(Larry)Clow; Chandra Headlund; brother Rick(Susan)Trapp and many more loving relatives and friends.
Although Trek has moved onto his next journey, his memory will continue to remind us that the journey is just as beautiful as the destination.
