Vangie Avila

Vangie Avila, 79, of Corona, passed away on December 18, 2023, in Riverside. She was born May 7, 1944, to Candelario and Ermalinda Morales in El Paso, Texas. Vangie Attended Upland High School. Vangie married Paul Avila on April 23, 1964, and they had three children: Paul Jr., Henry, and Monica. Vangie was a homemaker. She loved singing, the Angels, Pechanga, watching old movies, cooking, and most of all, her dog Susie. Vangie is survived by Paul, Paul Jr., Henry, daughter-in-law Renee, Monica, son-in-law Chad, grandchildren Haley, Paul, Serena, Rachel, Michael, Tiffany, Nicholas, Hailey, Nico, as well as Shana and Chad, sisters Patsy, Micky, Mary, and Becky. She was preceded in death by parents Candelario and Ermalinda Morales and siblings Jenny, Junior, and Joey. Funeral services will be on January 20, 2024, at Thomas Miller Mortuary with Kerry Decker Officiating.
